Senior Renewable Energy Asset & Project Manager with 10+ years of experience leading utility-scale renewable energy operations, EPC execution, and asset management across wind and hydropower sectors in Türkiye and international projects. Managed E&M installation of Pelton turbine and generator units for the 73.5 MW Middle Mewa HPP (Run-of-River with Regulation), representing Kochendörfer Hydro as main E&M equipment supplier. • Led 6-person cross-functional installation team; took over 80% of remaining scope from primary contractor • Oversaw FAT processes in underground powerhouse environment • Coordinated directly with project owner Mewa Developers ensuring schedule compliance and quality standards under high-altitude remote site conditions
Managed O&M of 3 HPPs (Bağbaşı 14 MW, Büyükbahçe 12 MW, Kaletepe 11 MW — 37 MW total) with a 20-person team; held full CAPEX/OPEX budget ownership and daily SCADA-based generation monitoring. • Led full recovery of Kayen Heta HPP following a catastrophic 1.8 km penstock failure and landslide; managed contractor selection, contract negotiations and complete reconstruction under DSİ regulatory pressure • Coordinated stakeholder management with DSİ, local authorities and affected communities • Managed planned/corrective maintenance, service agreements and HSE compliance across all 3 HPP sites
Project Manager / Mechanical Superintendent Litostroj Power & Energo-Pro | Jul 2019 – Jul 2022 | Kars / Artvin / Ankara, Türkiye Energo-Pro | Mechanical Superintendent Site Execution & Subcontractor Management: Acted as the primary mechanical site authority for the 96.99 MW Karakurt Dam & HEPP and the 2.5 MW Meydancık Eco HEPP projects, from greenfield construction through to the Commercial Operation Date (COD). Coordinated large field crews and mechanical subcontractors, effectively managing workforce planning, material/equipment requirements, and site production targets in strict alignment with the project schedule. Operational Monitoring & Reporting: Supervised the efficiency of field installations during HM/EM (Hydromechanical/Electromechanical) assembly processes, ensuring full compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. Prepared daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for mechanical works and implemented rapid, effective solutions to operational issues arising on-site. Testing, Commissioning (T&C) & Official Acceptance: Coordinated the testing, inspection, and commissioning phases for both the Karakurt Dam & HEPP and the 2.5 MW Meydancık Eco HEPP projects. Managed the rectification of identified non-conformities, successfully leading the system start-up and the final official acceptance/handover procedures with the Ministry of Energy and DSI (State Hydraulic Works). Litostroj Power | Project Manager (Promoted) Managed simultaneous Pelton turbine manufacturing contracts for 2 HPPs in Bulgaria and Georgia; oversaw end-to-end production management of turbine components from kick-off to global delivery, coordinating with Slovenian engineering teams.
