As a Senior Project Manager at Aethertek since 2021, I have successfully contributed to the launch and delivery of AR/MR glasses and related products. Collaborating with clients and leading cross-functional technical teams, I have driven risk mitigation, resource allocation, and the timely execution of high-quality solutions. Project experience : Meta AR/MR glasses and case Grade : Senior Manager (資深經理) - Collaborated with clients to define test solutions and led a cross-functional engineering team to successfully launch a comprehensive portfolio of projects. - Oversaw design coordination and scheduling to ensure timely, high-quality solution delivery. - Prioritized and managed key technical changes and risks associated with products, ensuring all technical risks were mitigated to enable the quality ramp of products. - Identified and addressed issues during bring-up, driving the development of solutions and process optimizations. - Managed cost estimation and resource allocation to ensure efficient budget utilization. - Led a 6-person team to manage project delivery for the company’s top three strategic clients. Proactively identified risks and implemented Plan-B to resolve issues efficiently. Successfully completed NTI development and ensured smooth transition to MP.
Projects experience : AirPods/AirPods Pro in SiP level test, iWatch in FATP Grade : Assistant Manager(副理)
- Responsible for debug and reorganize of hardware relevant issue, failure analysis during product design stage. - Familiar with SMT and FATP line process, cooperate with SW team and HWTE and vendors to bring up test coverage and provide testability report to track yield and failures/retest in both NPI and MP stages. - Qualified a promotion to senior-engineer within 2 years, direct experience to lead a team go though three projects. Product experience : Series of MacBook Air and MacBook Pro
- Participate in Mac-projects and work closely with client EE to build up MLB functions and deliver to FATP on time. - Able to review schematic and BOM and perform signal characterization to ensure design meet the spec requirement. - Verify/Debug functions, DOE and report of each developing phase of FATP and SMT. - Supervised daily input build matrix and BOM for material qualify validation.
