After serving 6+ years in Japan for Sales support and exporting the products, I moved to the Middle east office newly established in Bahrain and in UAE after, for doing agricultural business. It's total for 5 years, in Bahrain 1 year, in Abu Dhabi 3 years and in Dubai 1 year according to company location transfer. In these Middle east offices, I was developing new skills and worked as Assistant general manager cooperating directly with the General manager. I was responsible for all the back office operations such as Import/export, General accounting, Administration, Office management, Purchase, HR, Sales support, Create marketing materials, communication with HQ in Japan. I also have experiences for - VAT registration and introducing new accounting software as the they are newly established company. - Support for establishing and closing the company. - CV check, interview and training for a staff of Accounts cum admin. - Training for Sales person for fruits & vegetable sales. - In Dubai, especially focused on Business development (sales of fruits and vegetables in Dubai domestic/import). - Improving work efficiency by updating the rules and systems.
