• Experience in managing the engineering staff of DDI (Domain Name Services (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration (DHCP), & IP Address Management (IPAM)) systems and Time Services (NTP/PTP), all of which are foundational technology systems that exist at the core of Wells Fargo’s network with the ability to affect customer-facing application systems and critical business functions across the enterprise. • Work as a member of a geographically diverse team of Internet technology experts to administer and maintain large-scale technology solutions that provide critical foundational network services utilizing numerous advanced technologies across a global enterprise environment. • Providing technical update to the leadership for all engineering, automation development and provisioning activities • Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and Kanban principles • Provide mentorship to all DDI & Time Services team members and be a point of contact for technical escalation for team and customers. • Partner with our Engineering peers to design and engineer robust connectivity and service solutions that emphasize security and network management best practices. • Participate in Major Projects as a Technical Lead • Responsible for in region oversight for product model • Provide solutions analysis and consulting services to several internal Lines of Business, including other technology teams as well as customer-facing business units, for the purpose of provisioning DDI services in support of revenue-generating and revenue-supporting applications and other technology systems. • Participate in vendor support relationships and take an active role in facilitating the exchange of information between vendors and Wells Fargo in order to improve the technologies. • Participate in audit and compliance activities, always seeking to ensure that our technology systems and human processes comply with regulatory requirements and standards.

Technical Expertise: ● Managing DNS/DHCP/NTP/IPAM Infoblox Infrastructure for Wells Fargo. ● Working on architectural changes to ensure network solutions are aligned with business needs which involves collaboration with VMWare, Firewall & Network team to setup up required configurations before deploying the Infoblox appliances(physical/virtual) to production environment using ansible automation, plan and execute migration without any disruption to existing services. ● Collect, collate, analyse, develop and agree DDI requirements (including systems, process and organisation) relating to existing capabilities, new capabilities, future capabilities or additional network/systems deployment and create the appropriate DDI architectures to meet those requirements. ● Initiates and provides technical leadership and strategic/tactical direction related to the successful resolution of network incidents along with any available workarounds. ● IPv6 and DHCPv6 enablement for DDI infrastructure. ● Quarterly Upgrade of Infoblox to latest NIOS code available to remediate vulnerability. ● Participate in planning and executing bi-yearly BCP for DNS, DHCP, NTP and DDI Tools. ● Deployed SPLUNK in our environment for syslog management, reporting & alerting purpose. ● Modify python scripts used by DDI-Operations team to perform day-to day services to push the changes to production IPAM. ● Consult technical groups, users and/or vendors to identify and influence functional specifications and business / technical requirements.
Providing support for DNS and DHCP AIX Servers, Infoblox and QIP. Creating, Deleting and Modifying Resource Records like A, SOA, NS, MX, PTR, CNAME etc. Creating, Deleting and Modifying zone files. Resolving Change (Normal + Expedited) and Problem (Sev-1 to 3) Request within SLA. The first step in Lifecycle management/Service Delivery that we perform is New Business and client management. New requirements/service requests gathering from pipeline administrators. Develop change implementation and backout plans. Perform and test OS/application configuration changes during appropriate change window. Backout changes and participate in change reviews as needed. Managing 3 different Queues like AOTS, GPS VANTIVE and REMEDY. Review control policies and ensure network’s compliance to security standards as documented in customer policy. Perform complex network incident investigation/incident source identification (PD/PSI) to determine and isolate sources of uncommon or intermittent network availability and performance faults. Escalate firmware/software issues to network hardware/software vendors and assist vendors in problem resolution (as needed). Implement and test corrective actions (including emergency changes) to network faults identified within process for restoration of service. Provide internal event notification and status updates. Participate in Root Cause Analyses for faults resolved within process Gather, assess and analyze customer strategy and business requirements to enable the creation of a network solution. Develop and document logical design and connectivity alternatives to satisfy initial customer requirements and integrate network components managed by ATT. Create, manage and document implementation plans. Managing more than 50 DNS and DHCP AIX servers and 100 Infoblox Devices.
