Maintaining Inventory in warehouse. Co-ordination with production and other departments and inform about the critical parts for supply. Preparing Cost sheet. Sourcing new vendors for better pricing.
Prepare and process import/export documents and other forms on behalf of clients according to custom regulations, laws and procedures, Trade compliance, Banks, Foreign Trade Policy, FIEO, FEMA, DGFT, CAAR and other. Arrange for payment of duties taxes, storage and transportation of imported goods and bonds to cover duty goods. Quote duty and tax rates on commodities for clients. Provide advice to client on export and import restrictions, tariff system, letter of credit, insurance requirement and other custom related matters. Performing related clerical duties, Such as word processing, maintaining filing and record system. Handling Port activities. Handling forwarding operations. Researching, preparing and executing all documents required to satisfy government departments. Managing Importer Security Filing (ISF or '10+2') submissions for U.S. ocean import shipments in compliance with U.S. CBP requirements. Arranging Single Entry Bond (SEB) and Continuous Bond solutions for U.S. import shipments. Filing Shipment summary in custom. Filing Manifest, E-booking , VGM, Terminal Handover, Delivery order and E-invoice through Odex. Coordination with Airlines and Shipping line for the quotation. Providing Third-Party Logistics (3PL) services. To provide information to our foreign customers as well as domestic customers.
