With over two decades of learning, practicing, and teaching yoga, this path has shaped not just my work, but my way of living. I began my yoga journey at the age of 14, and over the years, it has grown into a lifelong practice rooted in discipline, curiosity, and devotion. As the founder and director of Unika Yoga & Therapy, I blend traditional yogic wisdom with modern scientific understanding to offer yoga education and therapeutic practices that are practical, safe, and meaningful. Teaching yoga therapy and supporting people through real-life health challenges continues to be deeply fulfilling for me. I’ve had the privilege of teaching and sharing yoga internationally, and of guiding students from many countries through yoga teacher and yoga therapy training. What matters most to me is creating a warm, supportive learning space—where progress happens step by step, with clarity, encouragement, and a sense of joy. Yoga, to me, is about growth, balance, and connection. I’m grateful to walk this path and to share it with others. With love and peace
