Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India
I have 3 years of experience as a management consultant delivering agribusiness and horticulture projects across Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Haryana, Karnataka and Maharashtra — working with state governments, national boards, and private clients on everything from value chain strategy, cluster development programme (CDP) to on-ground implementation. At Grant Thornton Bharat LLP, I have managed multi-stakeholder government programmes, built MIS dashboards tracking ₹crore-scale initiatives, led business development proposals, and run capacity-building sessions that reached ~8848 women farmers & >3000 farmers across 5 states. What I bring to every engagement is unique combination — structured project thinking, field-level ground reality, and the ability to translate both into results that clients can see.
Contributed to BD proposals across cluster programs, CSR planning, and food & agri market development. Produced knowledge assets including a ministerial-level central government, state departments, PMFME review presentation and FPO Benchmarking Report — both with national-level policy visibility. ~Cluster Development & DPR | NHB CDP 2.0 Led development of Detailed Project Reports for peri-urban vegetable and multi-commodity clusters — managing private clients end-to-end from concept note to final NHB submission, integrating technical, financial, and operational components into government-aligned, investor-ready documents. ~Horticulture Policy Advisory | Haryana Department of Horticulture Embedded within the state PMU — contributed to drafting the State Horticulture Policy, studied MIDH, CCDP, and FPO scheme frameworks, produced a Coffee Table Book on Haryana’s horticultural landscape, and supported government client engagement at the highest levels.
Deployed as part of the PMU for GSRLM’s flagship project on Promotion of Value Chain with Specific Focus on Market Linkages, working directly with women-led Producer Groups across Gujarat. Identified 9 commercially viable commodities through secondary research and field studies. Conducted market assessments and value chain analyses in Gujarat engaging 8000+ farmers through FGDs to design cluster intervention strategies and mapped 300+ potential agri-commodity buyers to create productive market linkages for women farmers. Prepared Diagnostic Study Reports (DSRs) identifying the most profitable agri-commodities, MPRs, QPRs to ensure timely client communication and payment milestones. Built end-to-end MIS systems on Power BI and Google Looker Studio tracking KPIs including PG outreach, bank linkage, fund utilization, and market linkage etc.
