Provide Tier 2/3 technical support (onsite & remote) for hardware, software, and specialized accounting tools (DSC, GST). Manage Active Directory (AD) user lifecycle — creation, modification, access control, and deletion. Administer Microsoft 365 tenant, including user setup, license management, and mail configuration. Configure and maintain enterprise firewalls (Fortinet, SonicWall, Sophos), VPNs, and secure network access. Oversee AWS Cloud Server administration — provisioning, monitoring, and cost optimization. Maintain endpoint protection through Sequrite Admin Console, ensuring full antivirus coverage and threat mitigation. Lead IT asset management (ITAM) lifecycle — procurement, tagging, allocation, tracking, and compliant disposal using CMDB tools. Manage DNS hosting and email security protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, SSL/TLS) via Cloudflare and GoDaddy to improve deliverability and reduce phishing risks.
