Responsible for IT deliverables, projects and processes within the Corporate Application department: • Managed and successfully delivered the IT components of a large-scale Counter Fraud System integrating NFU Mutual to BAE Systems Netreveal (NROD) SaaS. The delivery required the management and co-ordinate of a number of internal departments which included the Solution Architects and Project Board Stakeholders; 3rd party outsourced service providers (covering End-User Computing, Networks and Data Centres) and BAE Systems. I took over the IT technical deliverables and establishing a clear IT delivery plan and brought the IT deliverables back on-track to targeted milestones and saving on large penalty clauses. • Following ITIL principles to manage the Continual Service Improvements (CSI) and attestation activities, with the aim of continually improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the SAP Business Objects & Data Services environments, following investigations into the issues experienced during delivery. • Lead the investigation into audit & licence compliance outcome. The investigations required understanding the case raised, followed by a response and action plan to ensure all objectives have been delivered to a set structure, this resulted in a positive outcome for the organisation • Delivering a number of initiatives to improve the working principles of the team. The initiatives range from: o Delivering and implementing a re-aligned environment to improve release constraints and reduce error\mistakes. o Redesign of the services by building an improved process delivery model, which includes setting a number of standards and adding control. o Building a RACI Model to add clarification to the roles and responsibilities between the internal teams and the outsourced IT partners. • Liaising and building key relationships with senior stakeholders to build trust during the delivery of IT tasks and investigations.
