1. Managing all aspects of the recruitment process from validation of headcount approval through to day 1 of employment. 2. Sourcing, attracting, and hiring diverse talent by developing a candidate pipeline for open positions. 3. Developing sourcing strategies and delivery plans for open requisitions, build relevant & diverse pipeline for future hiring needs. 4. Maintaining candidate data and the full lifecycle recruitment process via the applicant tracking system (ATS). 5. Conducting market research to identify best in class benchmarking of the EMEA recruitment market offer that differentiates Tesla from its main competitors for talent.
1. Evaluated, qualified, and presented candidates to hiring managers and solicited feedback on candidates to refine talent acquisition strategy as applicable. 2. Scheduled interviews with Hiring Managers. 3. Provided a successful implementation of recruitment campaigns including advert placement services, long-listing screening and assessment centre and selection centre support. 4. Established social media marketing outreaches to find talent in the universities and local colleges. 5. Ensured that pre-employment checks are carried out for all successful candidates in line with the Recruitment Hubs policies and procedures and NHS Employers guidelines. 6. Provided vacancy and applicant reports from ATS in line with the requirements from HR and service areas and was able to analyze the data to identify areas of risk or opportunity and make recommendations accordingly to departments.

Provided effective administrative support to the eRostering and Divisional Management Teams including managed day to day queries, trained staff to use the systems effectively and produced a variety of reports both system and general administrative tasks as requested by the Team. 2. Supported individual specialities with new systems set up, ensured that all rota managers are trained and familiar with the system and can manage rosters effectively. 3. Updated the eRostering system with contractual changes such as new starters, change of hours, and leavers in order that it remains in alignment with ESR (gateway). 4. Organized/prioritized email and acknowledged/redirected appropriately ensuring that documents are distributed, and information is disseminated to appropriate persons within the organization. 5. Ensured effective communication is maintained across the project team and end-users whilst acting as the first point of contact for inquiries in relation to the project. 6. Supported the workforce transformation team to ensure that the portfolio of tasks/projects aligned to the Partnership are planned, managed, and delivered effectively.
