For more than a decade, I served our clients specifically in IT, commercial & employment law, dispute resolution, media&entertainment, intellectual property law. I am a long term litigator specialized mostly on consumer, employment and fraud cases in media and entertainment, FinTech, eCommerce, software, automative business. I adviced local and multinational leading software, IT, social media and eCommerce company clients in IPR contract negotiation support, eCommerce, Telecommunications, Contract Law, Employment Law and Consumer Law. I presented litigation services in civil cases and criminal cases related to cyber-crimes as well. Additionally, represented our clients in domain name disputes handled by WIPO. Concurrently, I managed an operational team of 10 people consisting of lawyers and paralegals and cooperate with an IT team working on critical, intense legal operations of world-wide leading social media platforms using artificial intelligence.
• Prepared complex case petitions and drafted IT related contracts such as software development contracts. • Attended various hearings around the country which are mostly regarding consumer law, commercial law, employment law and criminal cases related to cyber crimes. • Prepared annual and monthly reports regarding litigation status of the clients. • Advised local and multinational clients in IPR contract negotiation support, eCommerce, Telecommunications, Contract Law, Employment Law and Consumer Law.
• Participate in conferences, seminars on ICT and Contract Law, Cyber Security Law Employment Law and Consumer Law. • Attend various hearings around the country which are mostly regarding consumer law, commercial law, employment law and criminal cases related to cyber crimes. • Represented many clients for their WIPO domain name dispute resolution applications, and helped them to get/transfer domain names successfully. • Prepare complex case petitions and drafted IT related contracts such as software development contracts. • Prepare and finalize legal opinions regarding recruitment of foreign employee and other related employment law issues. • Draft, finalize and review employment agreements. • Specialize in consumer, employment disputes and litigation and mediation and advises clients on commercial transactions and conducting negotiations. • Manage and monitor a team of ten people who renders civil and criminal disputes of the clients who are operating in IT sector (mainly social media platforms, eCommerce companies, payment system companies, world-wide software companies) • Conduct intense legal operation of big social media companies which include correspondance with government bodies while considering full compliance with client’s standards and policies. • Manage public relations with governmental bodies, police departments and Public Prosecutors for world-wide social media, software companies. • Project Manager of the LegalTech project which includes AI solutions for rendering legal operations easier and safer. This project took a year and we daily cooperate with an IT team, software developers, AI specialists and create the story behind the LegalTech application.
