I am an accomplished, Red Seal trade tested Instrument Technician with N6, and I have extensive experience in Industrial instrumentation and process control. Experience: - Aveva / Citect Scada and PLC Back-ups. - Build Mimics on Scada and addressing. - Pre-checks of Scada to PLC before commissioning of project. - Migration commissioning of DCS to PLC. - Attend to plant, day to day software engineering breakdowns. - Software changes to code. - Set-up operator stations. - Networking to VSD/PLC/Gateway. - Maintenance of control network hardware. 2014-2024: Attend to scheduled work and plant breakdowns. I possess comprehensive knowledge of measurement and control systems, addressing elements such as pressure, level, flow, pH, conductivity, density, analysers and Valves. Additionally, I have substantial experience with specialized equipment such as compressors, separators, filter presses, packaging machines, and fermentation processes. I also worked in the projects department (2016 – 2020). This function entails Project costing, sizing and specification of instruments, purchasing, planning and supervision of contractors on site, installation and commissioning.
