I'm a Design program manager and in charge of Microsoft liquid cooling module/Server ODM projects. I love to build up relationship with cross-function & external team. I believe project can go smoothly with sufficient information and good communication. I'm also good and keen to learn new design as well as collaborate with internal R&D team, business team & manufacturing team to achieve internal & customer's goal. Nowadays, I assist in communicating with factories and engineers to complete the factory installed development of the newest production lines. I always quickly assist with internal design and testing material requirements and complete them quickly. When there are issues related to schedule or updated design, I will respond to the customer and try to get the feedback as soon as possible. My colleagues always think that I am a humorous and sincere person, It is also very important for me to maintain easy interaction with everyone while working. That is how I sum up my job now, I’ll do my best to make the project go smoothly. Build trust and good relationships with customers. In spare time, I exercise and join competitions with the softball team during weekends which allows me to apply teamwork method to work! • In charge of ODM/IDM datacenter building blocks such as High Performance Computing (HPC) and liquid to air cooling enterprise rack for cloud service providers or brand customers. • Developing reservoir pump unit and rack level heat rejection unit with M account customers. • Knowledge and service for liquid cooling functional test. • RFQ/RFP handling and on time submit to customer • NRE, Schedule assessment and material budget control • Good communication between R&D, manufacturer & customers • Rack level & system level material management for NPI • NPI product on-site support with customers
