- Interface with all levels of recruiters, senior leaders and hiring managers to facilitate and ensure that all interview processes run smoothly and efficiently - Coordinate and schedule phone and in-person interviews with candidates - Maintain communication with candidates throughout entire full-cycle recruiting process from initial contact through transition of the candidate to onboarding - Source using boolean search strings, screen, and identify qualified candidates for temporary, temporary to hire, and direct hire opportunities
Worked closely with the Vice President of Operations to recruit new employees. Also involved in the providing of administrative support and accessibility of all the departments.
