I am a Finance Manager who believes that finance should be a driver of better decisions, not just a reporter of results. Over the past years I have grown from hands-on controlling roles into leading a finance team of around 10 professionals. What connects every step in my career is a drive to make finance smarter. I get energy from automating manual work, building BI-driven insights and improving processes and systems. I have led multiple post-acquisition finance integrations, standardized processes across organizations and helped teams spend less time on repetitive tasks and more on adding real value to the business. As a manager I combine ambition with approachability. I like to set a clear direction, give people the space to grow and stay hands-on enough to understand what is really happening. Complex challenges with many moving parts, such as integrations, system implementations or transformations, are where I am at my best.
