At Avanade, I worked with two clients, ScanSource and Clinton Global Initiative (CGI). I was responsible in managing the User Acceptance Testing and supported the Development team in troubleshooting and resolving issues. I also tested and tracked various Test Cases and Defects in ScanSource’s ERP platform. At CGI, I investigated issues and developed solutions for particular defects, compiled the CRM Data Dictionary with various Entities, and organized the Application Detail Design Document for all the Entities of CGI.
