Being an Article Trainee, I got exposure in the fields of Direct Taxation, ROC & Compliances and a little bit of an exposure into the Indirect Taxation Domain. More specifics are mentioned below:- DIRECT TAXATION 1. Filed 140+ ITRs of the Individuals in the first season 2. Filed 25+ ITRs of the Companies, HUFs and LLPs. 3. Assistance in preparation and formation of TDS Returns and SFT Filings. 4. Grievances formation for the ITD along with renewal of registration under section 80G and 12AA. 5. Assistance in preparation and finalization of Tax audit reports. ROC & COMPLIANCES 1. Filed several compliance related form for Individuals, LLPs and Companies. Forms such as:- -DIR-3 KYC, DIR-3 KYC Web, DIR 6, DIR 12 for Individuals -Form 3, Form 4, Form 8 & Form 11 for LLPs -Form INC 20A,CHG-1, CHG-4, ADT-1, ADT-3, DPT-3, INC 33, INC 34, SH-1 and SH-4 for Companies 2. Assisted in formation of Director's report of the Company and AGM Notices. 3. Filed RBI returns such as DNBS-2 and DNBS-13 for three straight quarters for multiple NBFCs. 4. Assisted in Formation of LLP agreements with respect to changes in capital, admission and retirement of partner 5. Formation of multiple Companies and LLPs on MCA Portal. MISCELLANEOUS 1. Did new registraion under GST and of MSME on Udyam Portal. 2. DSC formation and assistance in preparation of GSTR 9 and GSTR-9C. 3. Preparing documents for Dematerialisation of Shares of a Private Company.
As an Article Trainee at Kapil Malhotra & Associates (Total Solutions Group) I got the oppurtunity of -Being an integral part of Accounts team for the Company. Managing and processing salary payments of the employee in the books along with processing the auditor's fees with respect to the Mystery Audits. -Conducting an event held at IIT Delhi conducted by the Viapar Capital (Venture Capitalist Firm) which was conducted under the guidance of CA Kapil Malhotra. This event aimed at bridging the Gap between the Startups looking for investment and the Investors.
