My name is Ksenia Klubnichkina. I graduated in the field of International Relations in Moscow. In the past, I have primarily worked on the development and implementation of cultural projects for Russian-Germans. Now I am working at the ESCP Business School Berlin in the areas of Executive Education & Company Relations. As a Manager of Executive Education, my role involves organizing EMDIEL (Executive Master in Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurial Leadership) program in Berlin and during modules in the US, China, and France. As a Manager of Company Relations, my job is to bring companies and students together to work on challenges in the fields of sustainability, sales, business development, and AI. I find it very valuable to support social work in my free time. For that reson since February 2024, I am a training facilitator and organiser of the national and international projects for the Russian-German minority in Germany under funding of BAMF (Federal Office for Migration and Refugees), BMI (German Federal Ministry of the Interior), and European Commission (Erasmus +). Aditionally I am a part of and leading (since July 2024) UNICEF volunteers group in Berlin.
Executive Education: EMDIEL Program Management (Executive Master in Entrepreneurship, Leadership and digital Innovation). Managing International Programm Modules for Executives in the US, China, France and Germany; Consultancy Projects: Facilitating and overseeing international consultancy projects with corporate partners, providing students with real-world experience while delivering impactful results for our clients; Event Management: Organizing and executing workshops, networking events, and company visits to connect students with industry leaders, offering valuable exposure to cutting-edge trends in sustainability, entrepreneurship, innovation, and digitalization; Corporate Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for our partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between ESCP and key stakeholders, including McKinsey, BCG and P&G; Leading student workers team.
As a Partnerships Key Account Manager I am responible for all activities (workshops, company visits, online sessions etc.) happening between McKinsey, BCG, P&G, URW and ESCP Berlin.
As a Company consultancy project manager I work with key clients (High level managers, C-level) from different industries to facilitate the development, execution and evaluation of the consultancy projects. I am also responsible for managing, organising and conducting events and workshops with core topics of sustainability, entrepreneurship, innovation and digitalisation with various stakeholders.
In this role I am responsible for the organisation of the projects for the Russian-German minority in Germany under funding of BAMF (Federal Office for Migration and Refugees) and BMI (German Federal Ministry of the Interior). I am also leading work on international projects with our partners worldwide under funding of Erasmus + (European comission).
As a Head of the Youth group I am responsible for managing different UNICEF campaigns in Berlin, exchanging with UNICEF headquarters in Cologne and leading all youth volunteers in Berlin. Organized UNICEF campaigns at: - GEOlino festival - Humboldtforum - Lollapalooza 2025
