About

Strategic leader with a 20-year international career and a strong track record in innovation, strategy, and sustainability. Since 2010, I have focused primarily on financial services—designing products and services that embed sustainability at the core to enhance competitive advantage, resilience, and profitability, while contributing to broader social and environmental impact. Member of Chapter Zero – Directors’ Climate Forum, part of the World Economic Forum’s Climate Governance Initiative. INSEAD MBA graduate, with additional executive training in sustainability, including the INSEAD Strategy and Investing for Impact course. Bringing a truly global perspective, having lived and worked in eight mature and emerging markets across Europe, Asia, and North America. Ancestral connections to Poland and Switzerland, amongst others. Fluent in English and French. Learning German. Rachel De Renzy Channer, the then Global Head of Sustainability at Egon Zehnder, observed: “As businesses integrate sustainability, we’re seeing the role open up more to strategic thinkers—transformers, change agents, disrupters—rather than just subject matter experts.” I proudly represent this new wave.
