Providing operational and technical support to a team of 10-15 field engineers before, during and after projects in UAE and Qatar as required.
Support Archer Oiltools offshore/onshore operations globally. Successfully led projects in Oman, Australia, Indonesia, Netherlands and Norway for major operators. Handle inventory, logistics and operations in Qatar and region. Train coworkers on use of internal ERP system and assist when necessary. Work as a lead Completion Engineer on ZADCO Artificial Island Project. Supervised 20+ successful installations of upper and intermediate completion in ERD wells, with no NPT related to services or personnel. Prepare equipment, dispatch to location, ensure all items are in good condition and fit for purpose and notify onshore team and drilling supervisors about any requirements. Update office about the operations progress, prepare EOWR, tubing and running tallies, well schematics, etc. Act as a front line supervisor of 6-man crew and provide professional advice to any equipment or operations-related issues on location. Execute job with high performance and proactively approach the operation as a whole, looking for cost-saving opportunities both for Halliburton and customers. Promote safe and efficient working environment, mentor coworkers, rig crew and 3rd party employees. Supervise completion jobs for other customers (ADMA, DPE, BUNDUQ) as assigned by managers including safety valves, single completions, slickline, service tools (RTTS, SSCV, MST+EZSVB, Bridge plugs, squeeze jobs). Supervise workshop operations of making up completion assemblies utilizing torque machine and pressure test cell, redress and service hydraulic setting tools, packers and slickline equipment as necessary. Achievements: - Supervised 1st Installation of Wireline-set 5-1/2 PLT Packer in appraisal well GU-02 for ADNOC. - Supervised 1st Installation of Intermediate and Upper completion on UZ-500 well on Central Island without NPT related to personnel or services.
January 2014 – January 2015 – Continental Europe Led and supervised a campaign of 10 wells for RWE Underground Gas Storage in Czech Republic, including running of VTA/VBA Packers and safety valves on workover rigs. No NPT related to personnel or services. Responsible for preparation of equipment for the upcoming jobs in the workshops in Emmen and Celle including completion assemblies make-up, redress of Versaflex liner hangers. Acted as a 2nd Engineer on Underground Gas Storage completion installation for a major customer in Poland (3 wells), running included permanent packer and ratch-latch locator seal assembly.
