Senior in-house lawyer supporting gaming, e-commerce and SaaS companies on intellectual property, IT law, privacy and complex commercial contracting. I help teams move fast with clear, practical legal guidance. Experienced in negotiations, IP management, AI tools implementation projects, and building scalable legal processes. Practical, commercially focused, and comfortable operating in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
Lead legal counsel for commercial and AI-driven initiatives, advising senior management on risk, strategy, and global rollouts. I draft, negotiate and standardize complex commercial agreements, build scalable legal processes, while partnering closely with global business, IT and marketing functions.
Provided end-to-end legal support for a global digital distribution platform, working day to day with business and IT engineering teams on licensing, commercial deals, and platform development. Handled IP enforcement (including DMCA and anti-piracy), privacy and consumer compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and helped senior stakeholders turn legal risk into practical decisions while improving contracts, processes, and emerging-tech initiatives.
My main responsibilities were, among others, taking care of the legal matters of the companies from the Gemius’ capital group, including negotiating and drafting business and IT contracts, ensuring legal compliance of our products (which are advanced tools for digital and traditional marketing activities), and providing necessary legal advice. I was also responsible for taking care of privacy and intellectual property matters.
Provided regulatory and legal advisory services to technology clients, with a strong focus on IT law and data protection. Supported GDPR audits and implementation projects, including the preparation of personal data registers and compliance documentation. Conducted IP and privacy due diligence, particularly in the context of M&A transactions. Drafted, reviewed, and negotiated commercial, IT, IP, and data-protection agreements.
