Founder and leader of Calgary Outdoor Yoga — a community-focused initiative offering inclusive, nature-based yoga classes across Calgary. Since 2010, I’ve built and grown the brand into Calgary’s longest-running outdoor yoga program, uniting hundreds of yogis every season. Responsibilities include brand development, marketing, partnerships, instructor management, and event coordination across multiple city parks and venues. Focused on creating authentic connection, wellness, and community through accessible outdoor yoga experiences.
Taught Vinyasa Flow and Hot Core yoga classes at Calgary’s first hot yoga studio, known for introducing heated yoga to the city. Focused on guiding students through mindful movement, strength, and breathwork while fostering a supportive, community-centered environment.
