I work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical, well‑governed solutions that deliver measurable productivity and operational outcomes. I have extensive experience leading SharePoint and intranet solutions, document and knowledge management, Microsoft 365 security and compliance, licensing optimisation, and automation using Power Platform and AI‑driven capabilities. A key part of my remit is ensuring that Modern Workplace services are not only technically sound, but also compliant, cost‑effective, and fit for long‑term operational use. Alongside technical leadership, I regularly act as a trusted advisor to customers, supporting solution design, roadmap planning, proposals, and continuous improvement initiatives.
