The Hamburg Chamber of Commerce represents the interests of its over 180,000 member companies. As a consultant & representative (Referent) focusing on the AI Transformation, my key responsibilities include: • Consult Hamburg’s businesses on AI and digital transformation. • Expanding the Chamber's AI service and event portfolio. • Advocate for business interests in technology policy. • Strengthen Hamburg's AI ecosystem by facilitating collaboration and exchange. • Create analyses, speeches, and reports on digital transformation topics. • Conduct trend scouting, initiate and build industry and professional networks.
Teaching the Strategy and Innovation lecture in which students learn: • Applying innovation tools, methods, and mindsets to develop a business model from first idea to pitch. • Using Generative AI effectively and responsibly in business creation.
As an external lecturer, I conceptualized and now teach the seminar "Mindful Self-Leadership in the Age of AI" in which the students reflect on their current approach to AI and learn to improve their self-leadership skills, experience and explore mindfulness practices, and establish new habits.
