About

🔬 Currently pursuing a PhD as part of the prestigious #GenomeIndia project at the Centre for Brain Research, Indian Institute of Science. My research focuses on identifying population-specific genetic variations within the Indian population using large-scale whole genome sequencing data. 💻 I bring over seven years of experience in population genetics, bioinformatics, and statistical data analysis, with strong expertise in managing complex datasets on High-Performance Computing (HPC) systems. Proficient in Python and R, I develop and optimize pipelines for whole genome, RNA-seq, metagenomics, and de novo sequencing data. 🔍 Passionate about advancing research in human genetics by building robust and scalable analytical workflows that promote inclusive and diverse genomic discovery.
