Had the honour of working with two great teams: - Teamlead IT Servicedesk (Liantis), team of 18 FTE tackling 25K+ tickets per year (employees) - Teamlead My Liantis Support team (Liantis), resolving 20K+ tickets per year (customers, accountants, etc) Liantis may be a company that is nearly 100 years old, the focus on Digital Transformation really makes a difference in the HR world. Very ambitous yet charismatic management team, with a clear vision on the road ahead. During the transformation of the support teams, I took the opportunity to visit almost all Liantis offices where I met many enthousiastic and driven colleagues.
After the acquisition of Centix by Econocom, I became responsible for the Secure Workplace & Cloud productivity BU. The Secure Workplace & Cloud productivity BU offers design, implementation & support services on : - Microsoft Office365 services - Security services - Virtual Desktop Infrastructure solutions of Citrix & VMWare - Enterprise Mobility Management solutions (Intune, AirWatch & Citrix XenMobile) P&L responsibility for Secure Workplace & Cloud Productivity BU, which is a combination of the Centix team with Econocom's Microsoft & Security practice
