Assist in overseeing the art department by hiring, training, and mentoring staff. Work with production to help create and manage team schedules and insure proper workflow throughout the art department. Develop paths for artists’ development and conduct performance reviews for the team. Establish art department standards for production, productivity, quality, and client service. Ensures team adheres to current processes, identifies opportunities for improvement, and proposes and creates processes and tools to support design operations.
Responsible for game concepts and artwork for pull-tab games, developing new game concepts and attractive spot illustrations for use in game tickets. Juggle multiple projects working with a design team in a high production environment. Employ professional mastery of Adobe CC to plan, design, and execute game designs, illustrations, and creation of prepress ready art.
