Maintain Genetec VMS, database, and networking infrastructure, for City of Chicago’s security network, at the Chicago Office Of Emergency Management. Troubleshoot all internal & External security network, and physical issues. Responsible for the day to day operations of the city wide video surveillance network department, Maintain vendor relations.
Oversee all Business operations, while actively working in the field on all projects for a low voltage security based company. Maintain strong customer relations, scheduling and coordination of all new installation projects, preventative maintenance of all equipment, project estimation, maintain all vendor relations, inventory regulation, maintain worker/office relations, extensive troubleshooting for all camera / alarm / access / networking / phone / & analytics systems.
Respond to emergency situations, and assist in the rescue people, and personal property, during accidental, and disastrous situation’s.
Installation and service of alarm, camera, card access, networking, and telco equipment. Maintain stock, and service records, & maintain strong customer, and vendor relations.
