In the role of Transportation Operations Specialist I am globally responsible for maintaining and developing the operational shipping processes in the Processing Solution and Equipment segment within Tetra Pak. As a Business Expert my responsibility is to validate all new processes and make sure that the business is compliant in Export and Import rules as well as in VAT and Customs all over the world. I possess outstanding knowledge about import and export rules. I am also the local super user in SAP R/3 and the global super user of the TMS, Oracle Transportation Management. I work operationally in highly prioritized projects and/or with challenging markets.
My responsibility is to plan, coordinate and deliver shipments belonging to large and/or highly prioritized installation projects in the Tetra Pak organisation. I also work in global projects that are coordinated from Sweden as a logistics expert. A part of the responsibility is to consolidate goods from different parts of the world and to deliver it by sea, rail, air or road freight to the customer according to plan. I have broad knowledge about foreign trade and export and import rules. A part of my role is to make sure that the projects that I work in are compliant to both internal and external rules and regulations.
Expert in goods movement within global projects for factory installations all over the world. I am working with all modes of transportation and my main responsibilities are to consolidate, store and deliver goods according to schedule and to make sure that all rules for customs and international trade are followed. I am also responsible for customs administration of import goods for AB Tetra Pak.
