Monitored subcontractor activities, oversaw execution of works in line with stipulated project specifications and collaborated with field teams to ensure the prompt resolution of field technical issues in the Hydrocracking and the Naphtha Hydrotreater Unit.
The project involved the installation of a new solvent de-asphalting unit and a mild hydrocracking unit at the refinery to convert heavy fuel oil into desulphurised diesel and ultra-low, sulphur heating oil. I performed onsite analysis of field non-conformities, proposed corrective actions and monitored execution of works.
