I enjoy helping brands show up in the world the way they want to be experienced—by customers and by employees. For over 15 years, I’ve worked across social and paid media, influencer and affiliate marketing, public relations, internal communications, employer branding, and employee experience. I’ve seen firsthand how the strongest marketing results happen when the external brand promise matches the internal culture. I’ve had the privilege of partnering with brands like Idahoan Foods, JW Marriott, Wilmington Health, Capital Vacations, and Sonoco Products—helping them grow awareness, inspire loyalty, and create moments that actually matter to the people they serve. In 2020, I was honored to be named one of Comparably’s 18 Inspiring Employer Brand Leaders in the Southeast. Today, you can often find me speaking about brand alignment, sharing stories from the field, and exploring how culture can drive measurable marketing ROI. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at the beach with my family, iced coffee in hand, recharging for the next big idea.

Improving employee communications & connectivity for hourly and salaried associates (20,000 teammates across 30 countries), as well as impacting communication globally within the HR organization (300 HR teammates across 20 countries). Also maintained responsibilities for Employer Brand management and recruitment marketing programming.
Lead the design and implementation of employer brand for Sonoco with a focus on Employer Value Proposition, Employer Reputation Management, Candidate Experience, Recruitment Marketing and Social/Digital employer .com footprint. University Relations - Lead the strategy for Sonoco's Emerging Leaders Development Program, developing a tiered approach to relationships with core and niche programs at approximately 25 universities and colleges throughout North America. Event Management (Career Fair and Corporate Hiring initiatives) as well as program direction, objectives and relationship management.
