I lead marketing at Observe, where I was recruited to develop the function from scratch. In just two years, marketing-sourced revenue now accounts for over 40% of company revenue, driven by integrated campaigns, high-touch events, and standout product launches—including a record-breaking Star Trek-themed campaign featuring Dr. Erin Macdonald, head consultant for the Star Trek Franchise.
Responsible for creating innovative go-to-market plans, and leading a team to meet sales pipeline targets across North America, LATAM and Federal. In addition, develop marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share across these regions, implementing programs through a team of field and channel marketers. I am responsible for planning, executing and tracking integrated marketing activities, and expanding account-based marketing, channel marketing, and pipeline development across the territories.
