I provide hands-on leadership and strategic direction, supporting day-to-day execution, quality control, negotiations, and contract compliance. Acting as the senior escalation point for creator matters, I ensure smooth collaboration, strong relationships, and consistently high content standards aligned with brand objectives. Alongside team leadership, I drive creator acquisition strategies to meet monthly onboarding targets, manage budgets with a strong commercial mindset, and identify emerging platforms and revenue opportunities to keep our creator network competitive and future-focused.
