About

I am an International Cooperation Manager at Association Bernard Gregory (France), with a PhD in Intercultural Management from Paris-Saclay University and a multidisciplinary academic background spanning journalism, communication, arts and literature, acquired in France and Russia. My professional experience sits at the intersection of international cooperation, skills and employability policies, and intercultural competence development. I have coordinated and promoted an international Master’s programme in Public Health at EHESP, worked on communication and integration initiatives for international audiences at the Cité internationale universitaire de Paris, and contributed to pedagogical activities for highly diverse student cohorts within master’s programmes at EHESP and IHE. Across these roles, I have developed strong expertise in project management, stakeholder coordination and evidence-based approaches to skills development. I design and deliver workshops on intercultural competence and soft skills, with a particular focus on their relevance for employability and organisational contexts. I have also collaborated with Radio France Internationale’s Atelier des médias on the Mondoblog project, using analytical and editorial tools to address intercultural issues and global narratives. My work is driven by a strong interest in how intercultural competence, soft skills and international cooperation contribute to inclusive labour markets, institutional effectiveness and social cohesion. I am particularly interested in bridging research, policy and practice in international and multicultural environments. I welcome exchanges with professionals and organisations working on international cooperation, skills and employability policies, higher education, or intercultural competence development.
