About

I am an Emmy-nominated Business News producer who loves telling great stories by finding the faces that humanize the statistics. In the fall of 2006, I sat at a kitchen table in Greeley, Colorado, interviewing a family who had signed for a mortgage they didn’t understand and couldn’t afford. They were some of the first faces of the 2008 financial crisis, and the first of so many I profiled in the months and years that followed. Business News is my first passion but sports is a close second, and I look to combine the two whenever possible. A sampling includes: interviewing Andre Agassi about why a tennis star thinks he’s qualified to become a high-end real estate investor; Mo Vaughn’s interest in creating affordable housing; interviewing NY Jets owner Woody Johnson about the business model of personal seat licenses; getting former NFL and MLB players to admit that managing their own retirement is the scariest thing they’ve ever done, and spending the day with Atlanta Falcon's RB Warrick Dunn talking about his mother’s death and the charity she inspired. I booked, produced and wrote these stories and hundreds more. I’ve field, line and post-produced live and taped shows and specials, including “The Mortgage Meltdown”, nominated for a Business Emmy. I’ve launched and executed new shows. I am most proud of the versatility I’ve developed by working my way up, job-by-job, from my start as an intern. I hold a master’s degree in International Affairs from the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy. I am fluent in two languages, and two cultures.
