• Manage residential purchase transactions and closing process for single family homes in multiple states (AZ, CA, GA, TX, NV) • Manage properties post-closing - HOAs, maintenance, insurance and insurance claims, and repair work • Manage hazard insurance as well as warranty issuance and renewals • Communicate and assist to educate Title/Escrow, Loan Officers, Brokers, and Agents regarding the lease to own finance program - Trio • Assist with underwriting, lease preparation, signing and customer move-in • Reconcile closing disclosures and closing documents for the accounting department - taxes, prorations, cash to close • Manage and coordinate property listings - photography, MLS posting, cross posts, showings, and customer inquiries • Proficient with SalesForce, AppFolio, and Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
• Transaction coordinate from Mutual Acceptance to Closing and Post Closing. (Short Sale, Buyers, and Sellers) • Manage Listings - MLS Listing Input, Use of Supra Online, photography/videography & MLS Lockboxes • Manage a team of ISAs (Inside Sales Agents) and VA's (Virtual Assistants) • Manage Broker's social media Accounts: LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Skype • Manage travel itinerary for Broker • Track sales volume and GCI for Broker and team members • Maintain production reports for Buyer's Agents within the team • Manage On-boarding of Buyer's Agents to Broker's team • Create marketing material - Brochures, Open House Flyers, Flyers, Door Knocking Signage/Cards, E-Flyers • Rental property management and maintenanance (30+ properties) • CRM use: Follow-Up Boss, Brivity, BrokerMint, LionsDesk, Trello
• Communicate with clients via email or phone based on attorney needs • Schedule and confirm appointments between prospective clientele and legal staff • Draft engagement letters for new clients • Screen and determine appropriate internal contact for client or colleague inquiry • Manage inbound and outbound mail and track any deliverable deadlines • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
