About

Like many, I found my career passion after a few twists and turns in life. I pursued and achieved a Degree in Art from the University of Central Florida. I earned my first yoga certification from Kripalu Center. And then, several years later, I attended and graduated from the Florida Coastal School of Law and then the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law. On my journey, I learned that I love helping people navigate conflict and challenges in their lives. As my work in this area deepens, so deepens my understanding of how conflict hinders our optimal function in both our work and personal lives. I practice (often imperfectly, but I keep trying!) what I teach by being a mindful listener and being compassionate about the challenges people face in their personal and professional careers. When speaking and teaching, I embrace the power of the "collective mind" in the room to drive the conversations that build rapport, resolve conflict, drive motivation, and solidify staff relations. I apply these same techniques when facilitating group processes and have found that solutions to conflicts almost always lie within the hearts and minds of the participants. Do you need a speaker for an upcoming event or coaching to resolve a challenge? Feel free to connect with me here through LinkedIn. Kindest Regards, Kiki Grossman
