My responsibility as Executive HRBP is to oversee HR related topics in the business areas Packaging & Procurement and Plastic to Carton, consisting of 1000+ employees in 11 different countries.
World Wide Wind AS is developing the next generation wind turbines, with counter-rotating vertical axis turbines, specifically designed for offshore floating wind. -Due to challenging market conditions, the company’s ambitions goals became unsustainable. As a result, I proactively sought a more stable employment opportunity.
Group HR Director. Brav has offices and own companies in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Lithuania, Germany, Switzerland, Japan and The United States. Brav owns and manages the brands Swix, Toko, Lundhags, Ulvang, Helsport and Skisporet.no. Main achievements: As the company’s first HR Director, I built the HR function in Brav from scratch. Defined people lifecycle processes, implemented appraisal dialogues, engagement survey, organizational review, compensation & benefits structure and policy, and the Brav Leadership Academy. I led several organizational changes and downsizing processes, both nationally and internationally, recruited a high volume of specialist positions, and was responsible for facilities at the new HQ at Snø, from the building phase, move in and daily facility operations.

Unicon Norway is Norway’s leading supplier of ready mixed concrete with 24 permanent factories, including a mobile business serving large infrastructure projects. Unicon Norway is owned by Cementir Group. Reported to the Managing Director and by dotted line to the Nordic HR Director. Main achievements: Led a major organizational change project, building a new organizational structure for the entire company, including new job descriptions, new contracts of employment and new comp & ben structure. Modernized and digitalized HR processes, implemented a new HSEQ system and contributed to a higher standard of safety in the organization.
iSURVEY (now Reach Subsea) is a leading provider of survey and positioning services to the global oil and gas, telecommunications and offshore renewable energy sectors. Manager of iSURVEY Academy. Responsible for personnel's competence and training throughout the group. Reported to the Group HR Director. Main achievement: The company had committed themselves to meet the requirements of the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA). During my time at iSURVEY I established the iSURVEY Academy, implemented a Learning Management System, developed eLearning programs and trained assessors, making the company compliant to the IMCA framework for Offshore Surveyors.
