I build AI infrastructure that automates sustainability certifications and ESG compliance in real estate With more than 16 years in sustainable real estate, I operate at the intersection of AI, decarbonization, private equity, and large-scale development. I previously led ESG strategy within a €20bn Private Equity Real Estate investment platform in North Europe, driving portfolio-level decarbonization, certification strategy, and embedding sustainability into acquisition, development, and asset management decision-making. As Founder and CEO of Net Zero Build, a Saudi-based PropTech startup, I am developing an AI-native platform that digitizes green building certifications and ESG workflows, including Mostadam, LEED, WELL, and others.
