Full P&L Responsibility. Providing leadership, management, development and motivation to the branch managers and regional team. Supplier relations management from a commercial and marketing strategy. Ensure individual and regional financial and operational targets are met. Leading the sales development strategy empowering the regional team with the involvement of their branch colleagues. Providing strong sales management, ensuring sales targets are met with new and existing customers driving the regions market share. Branch and regional analysis with particular note to competitor and industry trends.
