Managing a team of in total 55 FTE (of which 30 FTE direct reports). Responsible for Asset Management (Engineering & Maintenance) for all Canon Manufacturing plants in the Netherlands. My role involves ensuring optimal performance, reliability and safety of all machines/equipments in seven different factories. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Management: developing, implementing and executing maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance equipment longevity. Project Management: Overseeing engineering projects (CAPEX) from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and compliance with industry standards. Projects related to upgrading existing equipments (Fit4Future) and realizing equipments for new factories or factory expansion. Budget & Resource Management: Preparing and managing budgets, optimizing resource allocation and controlling costs Main KPI's: technicial availability; maintenance costs; investment value realization; spare parts inventory; department cost

Main KPI's: Supplier Delivery Performance; Transport Costs, Inventory, Provisions, Delivery Performance.
