Financial and Business Controlling. Participating in monthly, quarterly and annual reporting at Group level (P&L/ Balance Sheet analysis). Budgeting, Internal audits (business reviews at subsidiaries) and other Controlling related ad hoc cases/ projects (CAPEX, KPI:s etc.).
Business Area Global OEM, Hydroscand Group. Member of the BA’s mgmt. team. Reporting, analyzing, forecasting and budgeting. Business wise Controlling together with ad hoc projects throughout the Business Area and the respective Business Units. KPI implementation (both site level and with an aggregated perspective) with focus towards operative productivity, profitability and resource allocation.
Focus on business and production related Controlling. Member of a production unit’s mgmt. team. Services (Business Line), Performance Parts (Business Unit).
Controlling related tasks that focused on analyzing the company´s financials and thereof recommend activities for an increased profitability. An example of this was to analyse and pin point certain actions regarding investments (CAPEX), liquidity, debt (portfolio) and such related to the funding of the business. Furthermore, I supported the organization with budgeting, prognoses and reporting. All on all – attention to detail along with a strategic view while supporting managers with ad hoc cases which evolve during daily operations.
