Geotechnical chief consultant with more than 15 years of experience working as a contractor and consultant responsible for project management, design and execution on a large variety of civil engineering and construction engineering projects both inland and abroad. Have over the years gained an extensive theoretical knowledge and substantial practical experience covering all primary areas of geotechnics such as geotechnical investigations, shallow foundations, pile foundations, retaining structures, anchorages and geotechnical monitoring and supervision. Initially working as a geotechnical contractor and design engineer and later on as geotechnical discipline lead and engineering manager, I have a profound interdisciplinary insight, an unique eye for the whole and a constant focus on value creation. This holistic and value-based engineering approach has been one of the cornerstones in my entire career and has over the years been developed into a profound expertise in finding practical, economical and best-fit solutions for any type of geotechnical project. Being involved in many-sided projects with a large variety in size and complexity including immersed tunnels, cut and cover tunnels, bridges, railways, motorways, harbours and buildings, I have a very solid project background and my reference list includes all major project phases including environmental impact assessments, planning, designing and tender studies together with construction management and supervision. I am a skilled design lead and engineering manager combining an distinct technical expertise with excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities and a visible, cooperative and non-formal way of leading, mentoring and motivating any given project member or project team.

Responsible for all geotechnical tendering and design together with acquisition, construction project management, internal quality assessment and construction site supervision.
