My learning and development career began with instructional content and interactive simulation writing and quickly broadened to consultation, development tool management, learning delivery, skills management, metrics, learning strategy, and communications. I have worked for high-performing business units at Broadcom, VMware, UnitedHealthcare, and Morgan Stanley. My most notable recent achievements include: leading strategic initiatives to define and document LXP and LMS governance and publishing guidelines; developing a learning-objective and metadata-driven Bill of Materials for sales and technical roles; and creating and managing a role-based competencies program with over 400 skills for over 7,000 users in 90 roles.
