Upon Graduation, 17 June 2013, commissioned Active Duty in the United States Army as a Second Lieutenant (2LT). Branched into the Army Transportation Corps; Graduated from Army Logistics University TBOLC, class 13-009 on 30 January 2014. Received the Army Achievement Medal, for being the Distinguished Honor Graduate (#1 of 59). Promoted to First Lieutenant (1LT) in December 2014. Deployed in support of Operation Spartan Shield. Attended Combined Logistics Captain's Career Course in Ft. Lee, VA (DEC 2016-MAY 2017). Promoted to Captain (O3), June 2017. Stationed at Ft. Operations Officer at 833d Transportation Battalion (ARTRANS).
Responsible for planning, integrating, and researching career planning and development actions for all Logistics Branch Officers in the grades of Captain through Colonel across the Army, USAR, and ARNG. Lead and serve as the office point of contact for career broadening programs and opportunities such as Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Master of Supply Chain Management Program and Training with Industry (TWI). Assist in developing the Logistics Corps chapter of DA Pam 600-3; serve as the data education subject matter expert.

Company Commander of the only active duty Army Transportation Company comprised of ten Landing Craft Utility (LCU) 2000 Series vessels. Responsible for the health, welfare, and morale of over 240 Soldiers and equipment valued in excess of $90 million dollars.
Detachment Commander of the 393rd Harbormaster Operations Detachment, currently forward deployed to Kuwait Naval Base. Serves as the Battalion Harbormaster, and watercraft advisor to the Battalion and Brigade Commanders. Overall responsible for mission planning, safe vessel operation, as well as the daily operations of 22 Army Mariners.
Plan, coordinate, and manage global maritime operations for 10th Transportation Battalion (Terminal), with a mission to deploy worldwide to provide watercraft and maintenance assets to conduct Combined and/or Joint Logistics Over The Shore (LOTS), intra-theater lift and riverine operations in support of the operational commander. Coordinate with outside agencies to plan and logistically support worldwide training missions. Provide the Command Group and subordinate units with detailed mission analysis and staff estimates. Work with staff sections IOT publish detailed WARNOs, OPORDs, FRAGOs, and maritime training guidance.
Currently assigned as the 17th CSSB SPO Trans OIC. Responsible for executing weekly line haul missions between Fort Wainwright and Fort Richardson, as well as other transportation support missions. Oversees the well-being of four Non-Commissioned Officers and one Soldier. Collateral Duties include: Battalion SHARP Victim Advocate, Unit Movement Officer, Airload Planner, Container Control Officer, Assistant Battalion Safety Officer.

Deployed in support of Operation Inherent Resolve as the Ground Support Equipment Platoon Leader, at the 98th Support Maintenance Company. Responsible for the health, welfare and morale of 25 Soldiers, six Non-Commissioned Officers and one Chief Warrant Officer. Directly accountable for equipment in excess of $3.5 million dollars. Collateral duties include: Airload Planner, Unit Movement Officer and SHARP Company Advisor.
