I work for a nonprofit startup online tutoring organization that serves grades 3-7 students in under-resourced communities, working to close the opportunity gap through high-impact tutoring and mentorship. My role involves managing communication and meeting with about 70+ tutors across the country, overseeing program adherence, and working cross-functionally with other departments to support a positive tutor experience.
