With close to 10 years of experience in the logistics and warehouse automation industry, I am a passionate and driven business development manager at AutoStore™, a leading provider of robotic storage and fulfillment solutions. My mission is to help customers optimize their warehouse operations, reduce costs, and increase efficiency, by offering them customized and innovative solutions that fit their needs and goals. I am also committed to expanding AutoStore™'s presence and market share in Asia, by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and influencers. In my previous role as a senior consultant at SSI SCHÄFER, I focused on delivering warehouse solutions involving unit and case picking and handling, with core competence in bin conveyor systems, miniload AS/RS, horizontal carousel systems, shuttle systems, goods-to-person systems, and more. I worked with customers from various sectors, such as retail, fashion, food, and e-commerce, and helped them achieve their desired outcomes and KPIs. I also played a vital role in growing SSI SCHÄFER's footprint in South Korea, by engaging and collaborating with local customers and partners. Some of the skills that I leveraged and developed in this role include strategic business development, warehouse automation, elevator pitches, and cross-cultural communication.
Part of core Business Development team for Southeast Asia and Rest of Asia at AutoStore, based out of our Singapore office. - Strategizing with the VP of Business Development to find news ways to generate leads - Organize tactical teams to approach new and emerging markets in SEA & RoA - Engage and closely collaborate with our partners to help them with tools and resources for lead generation. - Focus on Key Strategic and Enterprise Accounts, be the Single Point of Contact and help those customer succeed & happy in using an AutoStore as well as make it easier for them to deploy more AutoStores. - Organise account teams and work closely with Solutions Design, TAM, and Partner Management to understand the pain points of our key Accounts and finding solutions in solving them.
• Focused on expanding SSI SCHÄFER's footprint in South Korea through direct customer engagement and local partnerships. • Stationed in Seoul since March 2021 to develop the local office, train a Solutions Designer and support the local Sales team. • Collaborated with the local Sales team to secure a significant deal worth approximately 55 million USD, overcoming Covid disruptions.
