I am a bioinformatician with over 9 years of experience in the analysis of a wide variety of next generation sequencing data types, with a strong focus on the analysis of single cell data (sc/snRNA-seq, scATAC-seq, Spatial technologies), as well as 5 years of wet lab experience. I am heavily invested in helping others and making single cell data available to as many researchers as possible, to this end I currently support the 14 labs in the VIB Center for Brain and Disease Research with single cell analysis and training, as well as develop tools such as SCope and VSN-Pipelines for the wider community. I also have passion for computer hardware and technology in general, and am always excited to tinker with and/or build something new.
