Lead a strategic Digital Transformation Program to design and develop a new digital platform based on a master data foundation, to streamline and improve Group Service Center processes. Custom software development using Agile as methodology and Azure DevOps as tool, with a team of 20 FTEs across Spain, Poland and India.
Definition and execution of a digital transformation roadmap for Toyo Ink Europe, covering the headquarters (R&D, production, supply chain, marketing) in Belgium as well as local sales offices in France, Germany, UK, Lithuania, India, Canada, Mexico, UAE (Dubai) and Morocco. Implementation of Global SAP ERP & BI template (together with corporate project team from Japan) as Digital Core, integrated with line-of-business SaaS applications (Salesforce CRM, Office 365 digital workplace, CMMS, HRIS) and emerging technologies (IoT/RPA/AI). Outsourcing of IT infrastructure and support services.
Atlas Copco's Power Technique business area was created from the people, products and technologies of the Construction Technique business area, following the announced divestment of the Dynapac road construction division and the split of the Group into 2 companies: Atlas Copco and Epiroc. Power Technique provides air, power and flow solutions through products such as portable compressors, pumps, light towers and generators. It also offers specialty rental solutions and provides services through a dedicated, global network to multiple industries, including construction, manufacturing, oil & gas and exploration drilling. The business area is headquartered in Belgium. Product development and manufacturing units are located in Europe, Asia, South America and North America.
Global Head of IT for Atlas Copco’s Construction Technique business area, grouping five product & service divisions, with 6 000 employees and over 1.6 billion euro in revenues. Responsible for business IT demand, architecture, security, applications and project delivery; as well as governance of shared IT services (infrastructure, service desk and common applications). Oversee IT activities in acquisitions and divestments, from due diligence to post-integration or carve-out. Identify, evaluate and introduce new innovative technologies that support profitable sustainable growth and/or achieve cost reductions & process efficiency improvements. Manage relationships and negotiations with internal service providers and external partners.
Responsible for delivery of business systems (ERP/CRM/eCommerce) solutions to business units worldwide, managing a portfolio of programs/projects and leading a team of 15+ IT professionals and project leaders, as well as outsourcing partners (onshore and offshore). Co-acting as Global Business Systems Manager during 3 months, responsible for development, delivery and support.
