Over the past 10 years I worked in different domains (always Product Development oriented) at the world largest supplier of flexible packaging. Before I was responsible for the development of a various range of cosmetic products. During my career I managed different positions as engineer, global project leader and supporting a young team of product development engineers. I employ a combination of a strong personal drive, critical thinking and problem solving skills. I enjoy new challenges and I'm continuously looking for opportunities to improve products and services. Currently I'm looking for a new challenge in Product Development were I can further explore my skills and experience. The complexity and time pressure of some projects were often challenges and obstacles that we had to overcome.
